About The Counsellor
Ankur Seth, an alumnus of Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram, graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Economics – earning a college position at ARSD College, University of Delhi – before completing an MBA in Finance at ICFAI Business School (received scholarships worth a third of the program fees). Over the past 16 years, Ankur has sharpened his analytical and strategic expertise with industry leaders D.E. Shaw, Moody’s Analytics (now Acuity Knowledge Partners), and Bain & Company. There, he led complex research and consulting engagements, advised C-suite clients on high-stakes decisions, and mentored global, high-performing teams under tight timelines.
Ankur is a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and a Certified Career Counsellor for International Studies (CCCIS). His counselling specializations blend this rigorous, data-driven approach with genuine empathy: He listens deeply, employs psychometric insights to uncover each client’s motivations, and co-creates step-by-step blueprints that translate strengths into actionable goals. Whether guiding a 10th-grader through stream selection, advising an undergraduate on study-abroad pathways, or coaching a professional through a career pivot, he draws on proven methodologies and real-world experience to deliver measurable impact.
Complementing his corporate background, Ankur’s extensive travels to nearly 20 countries and 50+ cities have broadened his global perspective and cross-cultural sensitivity, ensuring that every recommendation is both strategically sound and universally relevant.
